This Email Communications Policy ("Policy") governs email messages sent by Customer2.AI and by the businesses that use the Customer2.AI platform (each, an "Operator"). By providing your email address and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the consent box in our chat experience), you consent to receive email at the address you provide as described below.
Email may include one-time verification or security codes, transactional and account messages, service notifications, and responses to requests you initiate. These messages relate to your use of the Service. We do not send marketing or promotional email on the basis of this consent; any marketing email would require separate opt-in and would include an unsubscribe link.
We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email regulations. We use accurate "From," "To," and routing information, use subject lines that reflect the content of the message, identify the sender, and include a valid postal address in commercial email. We do not use deceptive headers or subject lines.
You may opt out of non-essential email at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us through our contact page. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law (generally within 10 business days). Certain transactional or security messages (such as verification codes) may continue to be sent as necessary to operate the Service and protect your account.
Email frequency varies based on your interactions (for example, when you request a verification code or an Operator responds to you).
We do not sell your email address. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support our email program (for example, our email delivery provider) and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for email that is delayed, filtered, marked as spam, or not delivered by your email provider or network. Add our sending domain to your contacts or safe-sender list to help ensure delivery of verification codes.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and authorized to use the email address you provide. You agree to provide an accurate address and not to use an address you are not authorized to use.
Email is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer2.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted email, or from your provision of an inaccurate address. You agree to indemnify and hold Customer2.AI harmless from claims arising out of your violation of this Policy or misuse of the email service.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
